I get this all the time. "Jason, is now a good time to invest in real estate?" And I'll ask you, "what's is today? Alright, that's a good time!" The time to get into real estate is when you're able to get into real estate. Jump in. When I say to jump in, I don't say necessarily to do it head first. Learn some things, surround yourself with people who have been there and who can help guide you in the right direction.
