Our company is growing and in search of a candidate to fill the role of sales coordinator. The right individual will add value to our firm by establishing and maintaining a roster of 30-35 professional agents. We are looking for an established agent that can amplify our recruitment and retention efforts. This role will report directly to the owner and will support the leadership as necessary. The candidate will benefit from practicing within a safe office culture with multiple pathways for growth, including opportunities for ownership in outside self named offices. Compensation is provided through a combination of favorable commission terms, revenue share, fee for services, and additional revenue opportunities with key relationships. Overall, the candidate will be responsible for leveraging the background of the broker/owner, associates, and depth of the company brand to build consistent recruitment funnels and relationships.

Key Duties
Recruit professional agents in accordance with office protocols and participate in the onboarding process
Identify learning gaps in agent roster and coordinate monthly training with vendors
Contribute feedback on online and offline training schedule, 1 on 1 coaching and other retention incentives
Report production efforts and sales pipeline to broker on a weekly basis

The right individual will add value to our firm by increasing our awareness in the Houston market. We are looking for a creative, self-sufficient licensed agent that is able to amplify our recruitment and lead generation efforts. This role will report directly to the owner and will support the leadership as necessary. The candidate will benefit from mentorship and practical experience in the day to day operations of a real estate office. Compensation is provided through a combination of favorable commission terms, profit share, and additional revenue opportunities with key relationships. Overall, the candidate will be responsible for leveraging the experience of the owner and depth of the company brand where mutually beneficial.
Key Duties
Assist with the coordination of monthly events by communicating with partners and vendors on topics, event details, and promotion.
Prepare monthly research of targeted farms to share local market trends and opportunities.
Support owner as needed at events by working with the audience, capturing content, and managing logistics.
Research events and opportunities for the firm to sponsor, speak, and/or collaborate each month including places to place advertisements
Coordinate and attend bi-monthly content days among firm, partners, and realtor community

Typical Investment
Leverage the return on the investment in your real estate license with options for multiple revenue streams. Typical 1st year financial investment associated with becoming a real estate agent or transferring your license are below. Licensing fees, trade dues, and marketing costs are universal and will be the same anywhere that sponsors your license. Our office annual fee, onboarding costs, and training & education dues are paid directly to our office and varies from brokerage to brokerage.
$1200 - Annual office dues (paid upfront, otherwise $119FT/$159PT monthly)
$350 - Onboarding fees (admin, technology, & training)
$750 - Licensing & Education (min for new agents)
$750 - Trade Membership (only $20 for transfers)

Next Steps
Depending on experience, on average it takes 90 to 120 days for agents to complete onboarding, with most being able to start practicing with our office within 24 to 72 hours.
