Typical Investment

Leverage the return on the investment in your real estate license with options for multiple revenue streams. Typical 1st year financial investment associated with becoming a real estate agent or transferring your license are below. Licensing fees, trade dues, and marketing costs are universal and will be the same anywhere that sponsors your license. Our office annual fee, onboarding costs, and training & education dues are paid directly to our office and varies from brokerage to brokerage.

  • $1200 - Annual office dues (paid upfront, otherwise $119FT/$159PT monthly)

  • $350 - Onboarding fees (admin, technology, & training)

  • $750 - Licensing & Education (min for new agents)

  • $750 - Trade Membership (only $20 for transfers)

Next Steps

Depending on experience, on average it takes 90 to 120 days for agents to complete onboarding, with most being able to start practicing with our office within 24 to 72 hours.
