I run into new real estate agents or people who want to get their license all the time. One of the questions that come up a lot is, "Should I go with a no-fee brokerage or a brokerage that will charge me a split?" That's a tricky question and you definitely have to think about what you're getting into.Most of the no-commission brokerages don't offer any support or training. And most of the training they do offer is very hands off or virtual.
