Can you invest in real estate with no money?

"Real estate" Investing is a verb, meaning expending money with the expectation of achieving a profit by putting it into real estate. I get alot of calls with stories from the internet or family members and friends that go like this, "I heard you can", or "Can you if you".  Now don't get me wrong every no wand then we hit it big, but its not what the guys making the money on this industry are basing their business off of. We like predictable business that scalable and don't mind paying for it. And that's just it, it cost to really play this game the right way, or like we like to say, from a "power position". When you have a little cash and your credit in order you can call your shots. It puts you in a position to invest in the profit instead of the real estate.
